order. If there is a quality problem, we will pay the return shipping
cost by sending you a UPS return label. If you dislike the products or

For most brands made out of US, it is always a headache to get replacement spares when you need to repair your products, we keep all common spares in stock and we supply free replacement
for damages during transportation or quality issues. However
we cannot cover the cost you paid to the third party to replace the
parts, and all Dolphin products are priced based on this policy.
For any spares lost
or destroyed by comsumers we will offer the spares at cost price. You
can find the spares in the menu of accessories.
We use both aluminum 6061-T6 and 6063-T6 for our products. 6061-T6 is used for milling parts such as racks and tower brackets, and 6063-T6 is usde for tower tubes, because 6063 works better for bending and will minimize break problem. Through the 20 years experience in manufacturing boat towers, we can guarantee you that 6063 is the best material for curved towers.
Most tower brands declare that they use 6061 but they actually use 6063 instead. We are just telling a truth as a factory outlet brand.
